About

Hello. I'm Cody Snodgrass, I've been working with computers since my teens and got into web design when I was in high school, little did I know it would become my profession.

I was able to start learning the skills with helping design the high school's website and I gain additional experience from becoming actively invovled in my church. My time with hometown church allowed me to manage and lead a group of people within the congregation on multimedia intergation. I played the main role in getting the church an updated sound system as well as worship software, laptop and projector setup. In addition, I designed a website for the church and trained several members on how to use the new technology. Once my church was setup, I assisted two other churches in town with getting updated and setup on all of the multimedia.

After enjoying what I did for the churches I think I decided that doing something similar would be a great fit for my profession. In the fall of 2007 I started my journey to becoming a professional web designer and after only going to Johnson County Community college for a semester, an adjunct professor hired me to be a part-time web designer. In May of 2011, I received an Interactive Media A.A.S. degree from Johnson County Community College, during my time there I was able to get hands-on experince designing websites for real clients.

I have been honored to be published in Mac Life in August of 2009 with an illustration, "Mac Wand". I'm also a member of Phi Theta Kappa, an honors society recognized around the nation. While attending high school in Hoxie, Kansas, I become my church's first youth elder (Hoxie First Presbyterian Church), a great honor as the position was created because of the invovlement and dedication I had for the church.
